Obsolete components such as "WAP mobile gateway" and "Prototype server" are available. These components are not available when using the classic form.

That code is not specific to Wikimedia Bugzilla so I upstreamed it.

Merged upstream patch to backport once 4.4 is in place (bug 49597):
