In the context of Bugzilla bugs, it can be difficult to know who to copy on design-related bugs. I don't believe there's currently an index or dictionary saying "Jared is interested in X" while "May is interested in Y" and "Pau is interested in Z", etc. I've mostly just been copying Jared and using the design keyword, but having a more concrete and explicit practice might be better.

Filing as unconfirmed enhancement.

The fundraising technical team has a dedicated Bugzilla CC address (fr-tech/wikimedia.org). Perhaps the design team could use something similar.

I've added https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Design/Team/Process#Feature_Areas_and_Project to the "design" keyword description (so I consider this fixed); the "design" keyword is normally used instead of a team email address.
