https://tools.wmflabs.org/wikitrends/2013.html includes a javascript-library from jquery.org using http. Some browsers (like chromium) refuse to load it for security reasons. Please make the include-url protocol-independent (://) or use https://.

Fixed by making include-URL protocol-independent.
