Although this probably end with WONTFIX, but still worth a try. :)

Propose {{:Foo}} as shortcut for {{subst:Foo}} since there is illogical for
transcluding pages in main namespace. Or {{::Foo}} if there is logic for it.. :)

The proposed shortcut is not acceptable. We should not be preventing users from
transcluding main namespace pages.
