There is no actual need in migrating this page to Tool Labs. It is used by me just for testing and simple error-checking. The main feed is located at https://ru.wikinews.org/wiki/Викиновости:RSS-поток and updated by my bot. All I need is to transfer the bot which seem to be quite straightforward. I am planning to do it at the first week of the new year.
