If I go to a history view, recent changes view, watchlist view, or contributions view on mw.org and see a revision that was reverted or deleted, I can see the name of the user who authored the reverted/deleted revision. If the revision was deleted, I see a strikethrough on the timestamp, indicating that the revision was deleted. If I go to the RC, watchlist, or contribs view and look at moderated Flow content, I see: * the username of the person whose post was hidden, and a misleading strikethrough on the timestamp * "Username suppressed" instead of the username of a person whose post was deleted or suppressed, and a strikethrough on the timestamp I should be able to see the username of the person whose content was hidden or deleted (and suppressed? need to ping an oversighter to verify this), regardless of whether I have permission to view the actual change. I shouldn't see a strikethrough on the timestamp of content that's been hidden, since this is equivalent to reverting.
The WMF core features team tracks this bug on Mingle card https://mingle.corp.wikimedia.org/projects/flow/cards/645, but people from the community are welcome to contribute here and in Gerrit.
James F confirms that everyone should be able to see the existence of suppressed revisions (with the strikethrough) in RC/watchlist/contribs view, though of course you need the appropriate permissions to view the content of that revision.
