1. Go to a non-existent page and edit it with VE
2. Click to the right of the article title
3. Click the link icon on the toolbar

The link inspector appears next to the page title, pointing to what is an uneditable area of the page.

Link creation works correctly, despite the incorrect location of the inspector.
