Flow does not create link table entries for transcluded templates. This prevents features like Special:WhatLinksHere from working.

The WMF core features team tracks this bug on Mingle card https://mingle.corp.wikimedia.org/projects/flow/cards/582, but people from the community are welcome to contribute here and in Gerrit.

This applies to wikilinks too apparently.

Quiddity: I think the bugs listed under "Blocks" here should be removed from this bug and possibly marked as duplicates or blockers of bug 57512, maybe.
