Attachments Add an attachment (proposed patch, testcase, etc.)

Description PiRSquared17 2013-11-26 18:26:40 UTC I think this would be a much friendlier interface than the current one. Of course, the fields to change rights would be disabled and wouldn't work anyway. Otherwise, we have to go to ListUsers to see the rights (or the API). What do you think?
