Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Michael Janich 2006-04-28 02:33:11 UTC
A category represents a set of pages.

It would be useful, if you can do the usual set operations OR (join), AND, XOR, etc.
on these sets.

Example: you have categories in two dimentions: a) time b) content. Now you would
like to see all articles that are both in time=2005 AND content=meeting minutes
(in wiki syntax [[Category:2005]] AND [[Category:Meeting minutes]]). Especially
usefull with wiki as collaboration tool.

This is part of the [[m:DynamicPageList]] functionality, though I don't believe
that it's enabled on Wikipedia or Meta (it IS, however, enabled on Wikinews)
