To whom it may concerned,

Hello. It is my first bug report.
I become a Wikipedian today.

I suppose it is a bug. Or am I wrong?

"to be displayed" is not displayed.
ex. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Becky%21
    "Shareware" is not displayed.

Meanwhile,

Problem with the template, I fixed it by adding back the conditional check for
the alternate spelling of the parameter.
