Requesting ops review of the Flow extension.

Erik Bernhardson has had some interaction on the ops mailing list already. Its architectural design is at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Flow_Portal/Architecture

The Flow extension deployment to a handful of whitelisted pages on mediawiki.org is scheduled for Wednesday Dec 4. (It's been running on beta labs for months.)

The WMF core features team tracks this bug on Mingle card https://mingle.corp.wikimedia.org/projects/flow/cards/498, but people from the community are welcome to contribute here and in Gerrit.
