Description Rotem Liss 2006-04-26 16:42:29 UTC The time magic words – {{CURRENTTIME}}, {{CURRENTDAY}}, etc. – always use UTC. However, the signatures use $wgLocaltimezone, or the server local timezone if not specified. I suggest that the time magic words will use $wgLocaltimezone.
