Intention:
To call djvulibre routines from Labs environment 

Steps to Reproduce:
Try any djvu command (see http://djvu.sourceforge.net/doc/index.html) with no parameter, you'd get a doc output. 

Actual Results:  
Djvulibre is lacking into the comprehensive tool list posted into Labs email list, today. 

Expected Results:  
To run djvulibre routines. Obviously. :-)
