Could some kind dev add the documentation for the {{PENDINGCHANGELEVEL}} magic word? It doesn't seem to be anywhere on mediawiki.org:

I did think about doing it myself, but I'm not sure where to put it or which version of MediaWiki it was introduced with, so I thought it was best left to someone who knows what they're doing. See also [[mw:Help talk:Magic words/Archive 001#Pending change level]] where I asked about this back in February.
