.mw-ui-input should have padding-right equal to padding-left (0.5em, currently has 0).

It's stupid in general, and in particular came up during https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/94276/ . The hack in mediawiki.special.search.css should be undone and this should be fixed in mediawiki.ui.

Not submitting a patch because the module is currently being rewritten per bug 54485 (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/93584/)
