Steps to reproduce:

1.Click on the Edit button for any page 
2.Type a text in the editor.
3.Add a template for example:citation needed,
4.Now select both the text and the template and press command+l or link icon
5.Apply a link to them through link inspector

Observed Result:
The wiki markup for link shows up in the view mode

Found this bug using firefox 20 or chrome Version 26.0.1410.65 in MAC OS

This appears to be fixed from what I can tell. Maybe part of the work we did in late February?
