Link inspector

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the Edit button on any page 
2. Go to a new line by pressing enter
3. Now click at the top of the page or select the current user's name.
4. Click on the link icon or More>Language from the toolbar

Observed Result:
The link inspector and the language selector opens up at the top right corner of the page ,outside the editor

Found in FireFox 20 and Chrome Version 26.0.1410.65 with MAC OS in both test2 and betalabs for any page.

For FireFox, it opens somewhere at the bottom of the page.

Fixed by Ed's null selection change.
