When users visit the Beta Features preferences page, they may want to learn more about this program, or give feedback about this overall program (not its individual features). To that end, we would like to show links to the Beta Featues info and discussion pages, so people can learn more and leave feedback about this program. Consider adding these text links on a separate line below the header at the top of the Beta Features preference page: '<About Beta Features> | <Leave feedback>' Here's where the links would go: <Beta Feature>: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/About_Beta_Features <Leave feedback>: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Talk:About_Beta_Features
There is no header at the top of the BetaFeatures preference page. Should there be? That sounds unnecessary given that it's a separate tab, and the tab already has a title. If so, file a separate bug - I'll put it under the first paragraph for now.
Do you mean the sub-head with the rule line? i don't think we need that.
Doesn't block MMV deployment, blocks BetaFeatures deployment.
