http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MLt%5E  was choosen after I clicked on 'Random
page' which is from
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Protected_deleted_pages
In general those are lemmata which are used by vandals again and again. To mark
them, they have the template {{deletedpage}} in them. So, its no need to show
them by using 'random page'.

I don't know if its also a problem in other wikipedias (f.e. the German uses the
template {{Gesperrtes Lemma}})

Because I think it is much better (and easier?) to fix Bug 2919 to solve this 
problem for all wikis, I declare this bug here as a duplicate of Bug 2919 as that 
one deals with the same problem (b).
