Image editing for Mobile view for fa.m.wikipedia.org is locked and it says this page doesn't need any image! for example in: https://fa.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D8%B4%DB%8C%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%B2 or https://fa.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%DA%A9%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%88%D8%B4_%D9%86%DB%8C%DA%A9%D9%86%D8%A7%D9%85&welcome=yes we can not add new image

IMO this is important for us that Persian Wikipedia users can add image to the articles.
It looks like it is working as expected for me. In both those examples https://fa.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D8%A2%D9%84%D8%A8%D9%88%D9%85_%D8%A7%D8%B3%D8%AA%D9%88%D8%AF%DB%8C%D9%88%DB%8C%DB%8C the page has an image in the first section so the image upload is disabled. The photo uploader only enables itself when a page has no image. If you go to https://fa.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D8%A2%D9%84%D8%A8%D9%88%D9%85_%D8%A7%D8%B3%D8%AA%D9%88%D8%AF%DB%8C%D9%88%DB%8C%DB%8C however which has no image you can add one. This is currently by design (as otherwise it would be too trivial to add lots of images to a page). That said there are various options here * You can upload instead at https://fa.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D9%88%DB%8C%DA%98%D9%87:%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%B1%DA%AF%D8%B0%D8%A7%D8%B1%DB%8C%E2%80%8C%D9%87%D8%A7 * The selector for adding images can be configured on a per wiki basis, so in theory Persian wiki could always have it enabled but this would require some sort of review (RFC / technical feasiblity etc) * You could create an enhancement request to explore always enabling the upload button / uploading to empty sections.
