The counterpart of JavaScript code DataValues.git/DataValues/resources in Lua.

globeCoordinate.js and time.js would be the most challenging two.

I doubt there's a valid use case in Lua for this (at least from a Wikibase perspective where we get data formatted from the repo).

Also this would take a lot of time, which I don't think is worth spending on this. If I missed anything, feel free to ping me or reopen the bug.
