The "Accepted consumer list" is apparently located at [[testwiki:Special:MWOAuthManageMyGrants/proposed]]. I don't understand the "/proposed" part.

Anything except "manage" will list your accepted consumers. Did you find that link somewhere? Or just happen to type it in?
