When an user is blocked or goes over a blocked IP (schools, anon proxies) online
and tries to fetch the page source of an page which normally wouldn't be blocked
for him, he can not see the source but has to go over Special:Export. Is there a
way to let blocked users see page source better?

Doesn't http://.../wiki/Page?action=raw&ctype=css work (only non-IE, I think)?

Sorry, what I did mean was: ...?action=raw&ctype=text/css (text/css)!
