(mine's at the top is the 102nd comment) I can't suggest what might be the cause for this bug... I haven't tested it with other threads with long history (there might be very few of them) "Next pages" doesn't seem to contain errors.
Also, the second bug(?) I saw from the screenshot was the link on the comment column was all broken because the title was not stripped for their "["s and "]"s
Further test: * added comment #103 and #104, but the missing link didn't change order.
