When not daylight saving time, please change to UTC+2 and IDT. The daylight saving time starts at 2:00 AM on the following dates: * 2006 - March 31. * 2007 - March 30. * 2008 - March 28. * 2009 - March 27. * 2010 - March 26. * 2011 - April 1st. The daylight saving time ends at 2:00 on the following dates: * 2006 - October 1st. * 2007 - September 16th. * 2008 - October 5th. * 2009 - September 27th. * 2010 - September 12th. * 2011 - October 2nd. Algorithm: the DST starts at 2:00 on the last Friday before April 2nd, and ends at 2:00 on the last Sunday before Tishrey 10th (the Hebrew calender).
