The Chinese Wikinews logo has been determined by a community vote that ended at
March 30, 0:00 (UTC)
(http://zh.wikinews.org/wiki/Wikinews:%E8%8C%B6%E9%A6%86#.E5.85.B3.E4.BA.8Elogo).
The winner is
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Wikinews-logo-zh2-final.png. Please
update the logo for Chinese Wikinews using this image. 

Additional question: 

Should this image be renamed or uploaded by user (other than developer) to
zh.wikinews.org before being used as the actual logo?

I'm enabling local uploads on zhwikinews for sysops; go ahead and upload the logo as the standard 'Wiki.png' there.

The upload directory (/mnt/upload3/wikinews/zh) is not writable by the 
webserver.
