If the "Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" preference is enabled:

After using the Show Preview button and attempting to save a page, the edit
summary reminder displays even when an edit summary has been entered.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Edit a page, and enter an edit summary
2. Click the Show preview button
3. Click the Save page button

The edit summary reminder is then displayed, even though one had been entered on
the previous screen.

Today I noticed that when the reminder is mistakenly displayed (after using the
Show preview button and attempting to save) the edit summary is blanked. Quite
frustrating!

Logic error, should now be fixed.
