On every english wikipedia article page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/*), on Google Chrome 31.0.1612.2 dev, when browser width is 862px or below, the div with id equal to 'right-navigation falls below its intended position and doesn't animate back to place. When browser is further resized it clips under the wikipedia logo.

Does it looks like on this screenshot: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/attachment.cgi?id=13041 but with History tab collapsed? That would be the expected behavior, otherwise tabs would overlap and become inaccessible. Vector behaves poorly at low screen resolutions, bug 44386 tracks related issues. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 20234 ***
