The template list can take up a lot of space when difficult templates are
present (for example, a single taxobox creates 20 entries), most users don't
need them, and they can be confusing for newbies (even more so with nested
templates). They should be hidden with a mechanism similar to the one used for
image metadata / article TOCs.
