When things get hosed, assertions start to fail, or the user hits "Beta: PANIC", the VE should restart, without destroying draft document changes.

It's a pretty serious thing to kill the user's work during js meltdown.  Frequently cache changes into localstore?

Merging this with the (later-filed) bug 55370 which would allow people to re-load and resume.
