Request to introduce drag and drop for text passages; there are also bugs for images around (obviously).

There's already bug 49981 for drag-and-drop of content in general; I don't think this is sufficiently different (drag-and-drop of text is not sufficiently distinct from drag-and-drop of non-text to be worth splitting out), so merging.
