If the dropdown only loads a small number of sections at a time,the user should be able to use a search bar to find another section. See details at Bug 51257 (https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=51257).

All chapters are shown in the dropdown, so this is no longer necessary.
