Hallo!

Some special pages are using capital letters inside the pagename others do not.
a) [[Special:BrokenRedirects]], [[Special:SiteMatrix]] are using capitals
b) [[Special:Listusers]], [[Special:Recentchanges]] etc. are not using it.

Please allow aliases:
a) completly decapitalized for 'special:FooBar' 'special:{{lc:FooBar}}'
b) for consistency: every word starting with a capital as 'Special:RecentChanges'

Please note also:
