For books where the chapters have more than one level of depth, this needs to be displayed in the navigation bar. There should be a way of showing that a book is a member of a subsection, subsubsection, etc.

This will get clunky in books with a lot of levels of sections, and will be better saved for the book's actual table of contents page.
