Maintenance script at maintenance/migrateCampaigns.php needs to be run right after deployment, on all wikis with UploadWizard enabled (especially commons).

Did we deploy yesterday? https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki_1.22/Roadmap does not say so...

No, it should be deployed to testwikis, etc on Thursday.
