I don't know much about what led to this bug, as this was reported to me by another user who wasn't very tech-savvy. 

He was trying to create a new page using the Visual Editor on Windows 7 in Chrome. On page save, he got an "Error: Invalid error code" and was prevented from saving.

Apparently this is the SpamBlacklist error instead. Same issue.
