This is a counterpart for Bug 2468: The code that generates the namespace form for 'Special:' Contributions, Allpages and Recentchanges should be merged and reused for other special pages with namespace filtering Bug 5053: The code that generates the filter section for 'Special:' Contributions, Recentchanges, Recentchangeslinked, Watchlist should be merged and reused for other special pages with filter section

I assume that a common code that would render same events / lines in an "identical" fashion. This would neither ruttle (verunsichern) newbies nor developers when verifying their code. Is that not what ChangesList/ChangesRow do? You're asking for something we already do.
