Could it be possible that the "hidewikidata" flag is not enabled on bs.wiki? When I try to use the flag on several other wikis, it shows edits from wikidata. On bs.wiki however, with the same link and flag, there are no wikidata changes to be seen: http://bs.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:RecentChanges&hidewikidata=0
I just clicked the link you posted and I see a lot of Wikidata edits actually. Can you please check again? Do you maybe have any special gadgets enabled that might prevent it from showing? Can you try to check that page when logged out?
You are completely right. When I log out, I do see the Wikidata edits (why didn't I think about it myself?). I've disabled all gadgets and even my common.js code, but the problem still persists. When I login on my bot's account, then I do see the edits. To make sure it was no caching issue or something with cookies, I tried another browser, but without any result. Other apparently also do see the edits. What could be wrong?
I have no idea unfortunately what else could be interfering still then. Maybe someone else has an idea.
I finally found what is causing this bug. It seems that when you select the option "Group changes by page in recent changes and watchlist" in your preferences, then the "Show Wikidata" option vanishes from the recent changes page, and even if you follow the direct link (like I just provided it in the first post) then you still don't get the Wikidata edits. I tested this on a different browsers and with my bot's account. I also tried this on en.wiki, so it seems that this is really a cross-wiki bug. Please try to replicate this.
