How to reproduce:
* Go to https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Commons:Sandbox&action=edit
* Paste the following

text </translate>
* Save
* Edit section 1
* Remove the section text
* Save
* Result: [767f846f] 2013-06-30 12:57:34: Fatal exception of type MWException

----
Expected result: JavaScript validation before submitting, a descriptive error message, a message showing the last opening translate tag along with a hint that a closing tag is missing

Now it prints:

"Unbalanced <translate> tag."
