Could you please use the transliterate telugu name for the variable $wgSitename. In Telugu it should be "వికీసోర్స్" instead of "Wikisource". Telugu Wiki projects have the convention of using transliterated names for wikiprojects.

Rahmanuddin Shaik, have you opened a local discussion/notification? It doesn't need a big vote, the transliterated name is already used everywhere including the logo (for which we recently got local consensus).

With 5 votes in support and no negative votes, as of 22:30 IST 6 July 2013, I believe the process to change the SITENAME to native language can be started.

It should be "వికీసోర్స్" and not "వికీసోర్స" as it is seen now. Please change the same.

The Firefox and Nano combo works good to copy/paste UTF-8 characters in the configuration file. Some text editors, including vi and emacs do sometimes some encoding stuff (e.g. if you copy/paste a iso-8859-1 é in an UTF-8 document, it will convert it to an UTF-8 one), but Nano pastes character as is in the buffer.
