As Rob spotted, we should (re-)place the cursor in the block.

On a note about this at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:VisualEditor/Feedback#Cursor_disappears, I tested - I don't have the issue in Chrome (the cursor remains), but it is evidently still disappearing in Firefox. Just an FYI. :)
