Going to https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Nearby whilst located in downtown San Francisco shows me 5 results at time of writing.

The request to the API requests up to 50 results within 10km.

I struggle to believe there are only 5 places nearby. There is something fishy going on here.
