Sounds like you really want 3 extensions, if I read this correctly: Notifications (Echo), Thanks (which only works with Echo) -- and WikiLove as well? If you can confirm that the English WikiVoyage community wants these extensions and has reached consensus for all three, we can add them to our list for deployment later this summer. We'd love to add them to my favorite wiki travel destination :) Cheers ... P.S. Yes, this will have to wait until we are done with Echo core features and ready to start a wider deployment for Notifications, Thanks, WikiLove -- and AFT5, if all these features are accepted. We're aiming to make these deployments on key non-English Wikipedias and sites like WikiVoyage starting in late July, once the Visual Editor deployments are well under way, as outlined in this plan: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Editor_Engagement/2013_strategy_planning_(Features)#Project_Roadmaps Besides the need to complete core feature, our rationale for waiting is to avoid overwhelming the communities with too many changes taking place all at once -- and make sure that we have some resources to respond quickly to inevitable questions from each community.
