Editnotice not working Bengali Wikipedia except users page. I am go through with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Editnotices; no help. Example http://bn.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:VP has an editnotice http://bn.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:VPN, but when edit VP page notice not shown.
Not an API bug
This does not appear to be a MediaWiki bug at all. The only page-specific edit notice defined, for [[bn:Project:অধিকারের আবেদন]], seems to be functioning fine. The setup of a system as described at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Editnotices is not complete (the necessary "loader" is only installed in [[bn:MediaWiki:Editnotice-0]] and [[bn:MediaWiki:Editnotice-7]]), but that's a local wiki issue. The problem should be raised in the appropriate forum at the local wiki.

You can ask technically-oriented people on your home wiki to look at it, and/or you can ask for help on the English Wikipedia (e.g. at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Editnotice). As a start, you'd need to add {{editnotice load}} to MediaWiki:Editnotice-1, MediaWiki:Editnotice-2, and so on for all the namespace numbers, just like you already have for MediaWiki:Editnotice-0 and MediaWiki:Editnotice-7.
