m.wikidata.org currently goes nowhere, it just gives a timeout. It should redirect to www.wikidata.org (with and without any /wiki/... path).

m.wikidata.org doesn't exist in DNS at all. I'm not sure why the effect you see is a timeout, here it's an immediate "can't find the server".

What would be the purpose of adding an m-dot site that isn't a mobile site but just a redirect to the desktop site? I don't think it's a good idea, but maybe I just fail to see the benefits :)
