When uploading image bigger then the size set on php.ini upload_max_filesize,
the error message shown is:

"The file you uploaded seems to be empty. This might be due to a typo in the
file name. Please check wheter you really want to upload this file."

The correct error message should be something like "The size of file is
exceeding allowed size".
