When using the Cologne Blue skin, the "View or restore 3 deleted edits?" link is broken and shows up as <undeletethispage>.

The bug was first reported at enwiki at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Skin#View_deleted_edits.3F.

I have attached a screenshot showing the issue.
