Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Rotem Liss 2006-02-05 17:57:39 UTC
If we replaced an image by another, we should change all the places the old
image is refered to the new image - unlike templates: if we moved the template
from ToBeDeleted to Delete, for example, we only should ensure the old reference
will remain active. It could be in images, too. (For example, now we in the
Hebrew Wikipedia should replace all the "COUNTRY_flag_large.png",
"COUNTRY_flag_300.png", "Flag_of_COUNTRY.PNG" with "Flag_of_COUNTRY.svg", and
I'm happy we use the SVG file format at last - but if this feature was
implemented, we could've just making all the old flags a redirection to the new
flags - and that's the end.)
