When I hover over the [edit] link for the section "See also" on the [[Comet]]
article, the tooltip title tag should say something like "Edit section: See
also".  Currently it just says "Comet", which is useless.

Sometimes edit links don't show up in the typical place, with certain
complicated markup.  The tooltip would help identify which one you want to click.
